Service Agreement
- No Fix, No Fee Policy: If we are unable to repair your computer, you will not be charged for the technician service. However, this policy does not apply to diagnostic fees or any part of the service where a solution was provided, but you chose not to proceed. It is also not applicable to the non-refundable parts replacement, software and other services where return is not possible.
- Diagnosis and Quotation: We provide an initial diagnosis and quotation for repair. If you decline the quotation or the device is beyond repair due to the unavailability of parts, a diagnosis fee may be charged.
- Exclusions: The No Fix, No Fee policy does not apply to:
- Data recovery services
- Virus and spyware removal
- Issues related to third-party services (e.g., Internet Service Providers)
- Problems due to power surges
- Customer Responsibilities: You must provide original software, licenses, and necessary passwords to facilitate the repair. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or inability to complete the repair.
- Approval of Repairs: All repairs will only commence with your explicit approval. We will communicate the scope of work and associated costs beforehand.
- Warranty: All hardware repairs are covered by manufacturer warranty. This warranty does not cover issues caused by client misuse or interference.
Payment Terms
- Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges as per our discretion.
Liability
- Data Loss: We are not responsible for any data loss that occurs during the repair process. It is your responsibility to ensure data is backed up before the service.
- Hardware Damage: While we take utmost care, we are not liable for any damage to hardware that is outside of our control, such as shipping damages.
Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our “Privacy Policy” for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
